Administrator
TOPGYM is a premium gym chain in Bali. We are looking for an energetic and responsible administrator for our gym in Canggu. You will be the face of the club, helping guests feel comfortable and maintaining a high level of service.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and registering guests, assisting in service selection.
- Consulting visitors on schedules, memberships, and promotions.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area.
- Organizing and controlling bookings for training sessions and services.
- Interacting with the coaching staff and club partners.
- Resolving guests' current issues, ensuring quality service.
Requirements
- Fluent oral and written communication (Russian and English).
- Friendliness, responsibility, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with clients and quickly adapt to non-standard situations.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and adhere to service standards.
- Experience as an administrator, gym manager, or in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus.
