• For classes, please follow the dress code — sportswear and footwear suitable for indoor activities.
• Make sure to wear comfortable sportswear that does not restrict movement and sneakers with a stable, non-slip sole.
• Socks are mandatory for group classes. For classes using hammocks (AEROSTRETCHING, AEROYOGA), in addition to socks, a top covering the underarms is also required.
• Clothing must be clean and intended for workouts. Open-toe shoes, jeans, or casual clothing are not allowed. Training barefoot is prohibited.
1. Cancellation and rescheduling must be made at least 3 hours before the class begins.
2. Arrive for the class 10-15 minutes before the scheduled time.
3. Late arrival is allowed up to 10 minutes maximum (at nn:15 - the instructor reserves the right not to allow you to join the class).
4. Activation of the membership: You have 14 days to activate your membership. To activate it, you must sign up for a class and attend it.
5. Absence without prior notice: If you are absent without prior notice within the required timeframe, the membership will be considered used.
6. Health condition: It is recommended to consult a doctor before starting classes if you have any chronic conditions or other health limitations.
